My Philosophy
I value connection and creating space to listen, learn and mindfully breakdown barriers. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about what’s important to you. I will support you to explore things getting in your way, identify steps towards change, as well as learn and practice new skills. We will work to create opportunities that may improve quality of life, overall functioning, and coping. Navigating changes in one’s life can bring unexpected challenges. I will work with you to make that process feel less scary and lonely.
